| We are very keen that you should be happy with our service and the products you purchase and we promise you that we will always do our best to help resolve any questions or problems we can as quickly as possible. If we do make a mistake or there is a problem with your order, all we ask is that you drop us an e-mail and let us know what’s wrong, (remember to tell us your name and order number) and we will do our best to sort it out. If you have any suggestions or comments please email us at reply@extremevending.co.uk We are constantly on the look out for funky new sweets and products from around the world to offer you. As with every product we source and sell, we endeavour to ensure that all the products are manufactured to the highest standard and should reach you in perfect condition. If you have a complaint with the products you have received, you must inform us by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving your order, after this time we will not issue replacement items or refunds. You can return any products within 14 days, unopened and in its original condition for a full refund of the value of the products. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee/handling fee. If the products are faulty, please e-mail us so we can give you further instructions. You can either return the products for a full refund or we will send out a suitable replacement on receipt of the faulty goods. We recommend that when returning products you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. Extreme Vending will not be held responsible for goods lost during return shipping |
